Book purchasing options
Canadian buyers are advised to avoid Amazon.ca. My latest book, They don't make STUDEBAKERS anymore is drastically over-priced on that site. Hollywood Parade is correctly priced, but says it is temporarily out of stock. You can still purchase that one, despite what they say, but it will take some time to arrive. If you can, you might consider Indigo or an indie bookstore. An on-line order above a certain price threshold through Indigo will include free shipping.
All books are in stock at White Pine Books and Books on Beechwood. An in-person order through Indigo or any other indie bookstore might take a bit of time if it is not in stock, but picking it up in the store will not include any shipping costs.
